How the heck does this company have the nerve to sell these things and not tell you the fluid isn’t included? It shows the blue bottle of fluid in the picture
of the unit.
I can’t tell you if it works until I order some fluid as we can’t find it in a store in our area.
Poor business practice to say the least. It took forever to get the thing too.
Am I the only one who was duped? Shame on you Black & Decker!

WOW! I purchased this and have gotten out EVERY STAIN I have tried it on!! Even OLD set in stains. THis is amazing! Well worth the price of one clothing item that it saves. I have used it on letterman jackets to suede shoes. It really works! THe only caution I have is on fine silk. I used a cotton setting and it did get the stain out but it made the silk more sheer in those areas…..should have used the fine fabric setting.

I can’t write a review of the item because even though I received an email that it was mailed, it never arrived. I later received another email saying that the order couldn’t be filled. How can that be….it was sent….but it couldn’t be filled????
