Product Description
The Swiss-Tech Utili-Key is the lightest, most compact multi tool on the market. Constructed of sturdy stainless steel, it attaches to any key ring for easy access whenever you need it. Snap Utilikey to your key chain, and you won’t even notice the weight. It closely resembles a common house key, but it unfolds to a full 4.5″ in length. This convenient little tool features a non-locking, straight and serrated knife edge. You can snap it into the 90 degree position to use the micro-sized Phillips screwdriver, the tiny eyeglass repair screwdriver, or the #1 flat blade screwdriver for minor repairs. It also features a bottle opener. Made of polished stainless, this unique survival tool is unlike ordinary bulky mul… More >>

This becomes like a thumb – you don’t think about having it – but you use it all the time…… It is never the right tool – but it is always there.

Not a lot of options with this tool, but what it does, it does exceptionally well, and it is by far the smallest tool I’ve found. It has a very sharp knife, small phillips head screwdriver, bottle opener, small eighth-inch wide screwdriver blade, and even smaller one for very small screws like you would find in eyeglasses. Sorry no pliers or corkscrew. The best feature of this tool is that it is no bigger than a house key and snaps securely on and off your keyring in a second. If you have little room for a tool and find yourself wanting a knife or bottle opener very often, or if the screws on your glasses come loose from time to time this tool is for you.

Ok, this isn’t made for the most heavy duty tasks in the world. It can’t do half the things my Leatherman does, and it’s not the most ergonomic device in it’s class. But, it’s only as big as a key and when I travel to an exotic locale, or even to a bench at my local park, it will slice my lime, and open my bottle of Pacifico, Corona, or other tasty beverage of choice. And that alone makes it an invaluable addition to anyone’s tool collection.

The “Swiss Tech Utili-Key 6-in-1 Tool” attaches easily to your key ring and is completely unobtrusive, being the same shape and size of a normal key. The multi-tool can be a little hard to open at first, but becomes easier with usage.
While it says 6-in-1 (Flat Screwdriver, Micro Eyeglass Screwdriver, Bottle Opener, Phillips Screwdriver, and Knife), I find that the Phillips Screwdriver and Knife are the most practical and get the most use.
The tool is reasonably well made and sturdy, but should not be used as a pry bar or other high stress uses.
A handy and convenient tool, recommended if you like having basic tools with you at all times.

The utili-key I received wasn’t terribly sharp (as in Chicago Cutlery quality), is hard to open because of the latching mechanism, and even harder to use because of its size and form factor.
