The fist sensor was dead right out the box, LaCrosse sent another one free
of charge. That one worked until I took it indoors to replace the batteries.
I accidentally dropped it on the table 1 foot below me. Yes, you read that right,1 foot onto the table. Never worked after that and warranty is past expiration.
The cheapest I can find another piece of crap sensor is $25. Forget it.
I’ll toss this whole heap in the garbage and find something better. It was
never accurate either so that’s an additional reason for a poor one star rating.

This device stopped working right after the warrenty expired. Now there is a replacement. Over priced. Setup procedure cumbersome to say the least. I am looking for a better choice.
