  1. Old Whisker Says:

I purchased the TX 2000 in October 2009. It has never corrected reported the outside temperature. The colder the outsdie temperature; the greater the difference. I have another La Crosse (100 miles away)that is very accurate. I have emailed La Crosse and final got a reply after the second follow up. They keep telling me to check the batteries and to make sure that it is not reading from another unit. When I remove the batteries in the remote unit, the temperature is blank on the unit. I put in another set of new batteries.

La Crosse has not responded to my last email

I also called them a week ago and left my number as instructed, but have not received a call.

I would expect some help from Amazon, how can you contact them???
