ummm depends on how old they are!and how responsible they are!

I would say that one gadget is enough, depending on the age of the child.

Sure, why not? This is the computer age. Besides by having these things at a young age, they will have a better knowledge of hi tech gadgets and feel more comfortable using them.. Eventually that’s all we’ll have.

no way
March 10th, 2010 at 2:33 am
Sure, as long as they are not doing only that all the time!!!! If them having those things becomes a problem then take it away, or use it to your advantage! Example: Say the kid was being bad, take it away until you think they deserve to get it back!

Not if it all is just given to them. Kids need to learn responsibility. When you get out into the real world you won’t be handed everything on a silver platter.

It depends on the age of the kid and how much they use it. Since we are in the information age it is good for them to be familiar with the hi-tech gadgets out there. I let my kids us laptops and other gadgets within limits. There is a time and a place. The older kids will need to use some of these things more for school. I also balance it with making them go outside and play. I also make sure they eat well. Like anything it involves balance.

being popular and having all the latest suff is probably the hardest job for a kid..its when they get older they will see that thigs have to be earned ..this could be the problem if they always had all the latest stuff as a kid

I was never in favour that kids should get all the modern gadgets.Once my son said,Mamma think with my mind.Imagine that you are me.it’s so fantastic.I ought to do it.And you know what I had to do?. agree with him.
