In fact, one of the biggest bee-keepers in London reported that 23 out of his 40 beehives have been abandoned.
What’s happening is alarming, especially since most crops heavily depend on bees for pollinations. There is no definite explanation how or why this is happening and while some people blame pesticides, mites, global warming and GM crops, these theories have drawbacks.
