Can I add my own RSS feeds to the Windows 7 RSS feed gadget?

February 27th, 2010 Posted in Gadget Reviews

Can I add the my own RSS feeds to the Windows 7 gadget. When I open this gadget I can only see the default ones they put on. I can choose which categories of feeds I want to see, but still I can’t add my favorite feeds?

Does anyone know if it is possible?

  1. micro_koolio Says:

You need to go to the page that provides the link to the RSS feed and click it on Internet Explorer (you can try this one which is from google news http://news.google.com/news?pz=1&ned=us&hl=en&topic=h&num=3&output=rss) and when you are seeing the feed on IE you will get the option on top to “Subscribe to this feed” which will add it to the list that is shown on the gadget.
