Sprint HTC Touch Pro Review

Sprint HTC Touch Pro
Sprint is back on the market. Now we get to look at the new HTC Touch Pro, one smartphone that does announce itself as impressive. Whether or not it really is will need to be discussed. Design wise this handset looks a lot like HTC Touch Diamond but there are differences between the two and you will quikcly notice them. We did like some facts that you should know about. First of, we are faced with a touch screen interface that is advanced. You can easily operate the functions of this smartphone by simply using the fingers. The HTC Touch Pro comes with included Bluetooth support and runs on Windows Mobile 6. You can easily take advantage of the camera, which is 2 megapixels and the fact that this phone/smartphone is EV-DO capable while also working in a combination with Sprint TV and Sprint Music Store.
As expected, there is also a but. The onscreen keyboard is very good if thinking about the improvements done but you will not find a huge hit in it when linking with text entry. We did not like the fact that TouchFLO wil not work while in landscape mode. Also, microSD is a little hard to use due to difficult access. The lack of Wi-Fi might also disturb some possible business users.

Sprint HTC Touch Pro - Verdict
On the whole the HTC Touch Pro is quite innovative in what it brings to the table, especially when thinking about the included touch screen. The interface is also good and the features present will be useful. The only real problem stands in the keyboard but this will not disturb a lot of people. We do recommend the HTC Touch Pro as a very interesting smartphone and one that you should consider as a possible purchase.
